The short version

• The self-check questionnaires run entirely in your browser. Your answers are never saved, sent or seen by us.
• We only receive personal information when you choose to send us a message through the contact form.
• We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you choose and your message. You decide what to include. Please do not send sensitive details such as medical records or national ID numbers.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your message.
• To arrange volunteering, events, donations or partnerships you ask about.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.
• To share a story only if you have clearly agreed that we may, and in the way you agreed.

Who processes data for us

We use a secure, trusted third-party provider to host this website, and another to deliver the messages sent through the contact form to our inbox. They handle data only to provide those services. Your message is delivered to the email inbox of our team.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and meet any legal or record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to us at mensmental@gdnprime.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18 and need support, please speak to a trusted adult or call the national helpline on 0800 678 678. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage may be used to make the site work.

Quick exit

The Quick exit button takes you to a neutral website and removes this page from your back-button history. It cannot clear your whole browser history. If you are worried about someone seeing that you visited, consider using a private browsing window.
